In Managed Sourcing, Exportica prepares its own commercial offer and acts as the contractual seller and exporter of record for that agreed transaction. Commissioning independent verification or inspection services on a direct transaction does not turn Exportica into the seller of the goods. Internal supplier purchase costs, margins, and operational deliberations remain strictly confidential and are not public deliverables.
