Fenugreek (Trigonella-Foenum Graecum) is known as one of the traditional and most promising medicinal herbs belongs to the leguminous family. Historically, this plant has been widely used for more than 2500 years due to its food and medicinal properties as an herbal remedy [1]. Basically, it is reported to be native to West Africa and now extensively cultivated in Asia and Latin America as well.
